This campaign was aimed at corporate HR managers, to promote DBS's eHRM software as a means to increase efficiency, and to help reduce staff absenteeism, as well as to create product awareness, and to increase penetration of DBS's eHRM software in the corporate sector.
The site's setting is HR manager's office, in which the HR manager is discussing two employee cases with a colleague (chroma-keyed FMV). The cases are showcased in dossiers which, once clicked, show viral videos that detail some extreme excuses on the part of two employees for not coming to work.
